Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BlueJeans is used across our whole organization for videoconferencing. We use it the most in the Curriculum Department and it helps remote staff to be involved in meetings and send meeting requests to stakeholders.

Easy-to-use.
Works well.
Helps remote staff connect.

Sometimes I don't know the moderator code.
A help menu on screen would be good.

Return on Investment

Productive meetings.
Money saved on travel.

It is more reliable and secure and easy to send stakeholders invites for secure meetings.

Likelihood to Recommend

BlueJeans can assist remote staff to connect anywhere. You can connect to meetings on your phone which is very convenient. It is less appropriate in a busy office scenario when you can't talk loudly or when discussing confidential material.
