Overall Satisfaction with Brex

We give Brex Cards to various department heads for department expenses and travel. The product addresses the mapping of various accounting and GL accounts of where our spending is occurring. This makes for an easier process than direct reimbursing on personal cards as it is tough to quickly reimburse and be caught up on financials.

  • Ease of use across multiple departments within an org.
  • Likely improved to assist with budgeting. I can't compare prices and fees to similar products, however.
I was not a decision-maker, but I believe it's the card reporting analysis that is best for the company.

It's well suited in earlier companies to determine where spending is occurring across the board. The only issue is the need for each department head to follow up with memos on what the transaction is. That is an internal problem but there should be some safeguards to make it easier for expense reporting.
