Overall Satisfaction with CATS
We manage the internal recruiting/hiring process for specific clients locally and nationwide. CATs helps us find and track the best candidates for the position and run reports regularly to track candidate flow/information.
Pros
- Taken new employees through trainings on how to use the system
- Calling their technical support and always receiving help on any discrepancies happening in the system
- Run full reports on all applicants by whatever details you need
- Search using specific filters to define the appropriate candidates for the position
Cons
- When the developers change an aspect to the system, they should double check on little glitches on the clients end. I have had a few instances where things were not displaying properly but as soon as I call technical support they fix the problem.
- Increase employee efficiency- absolutely! Our responsibly is increasing the efficiency of time to hire for the best candidate and CATS software has helped immensely.
People Matter was not as user friendly as the simplicity of CATS software. They also don't have enough options for specific questions and search filters for writing reports. Our time to screen candidates to hire would have increase about 80%.
