Overall Satisfaction with CATS Applicant Tracking System
We grew the business from self managed applicant tracking to selecting CATS as our solution. We investigated many solutions and settled on CATS. We are happy with that decision and it is used as our primary tool. We use it internally as well as for interfacing with our clients. It is also used for complete candidate lifecycle tracking for my recruiting firm.

- Excellent integration partners allows for us to advertise and use enhanced/premium solutions.
- Work customization internally to ensure candidate lifecycles are followed.
- Amazing contact options through triggers and mass email solutions.
Many systems seem to have the same options. The customization and flexibility was key, as well as the cost factor and no contract requirement.
