Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®

We use CCH to calculate sales tax on invoices to customers. CCH keeps tax rates up to date so we do not have to worry about whether we are invoicing the correct tax amount.
  • Easy to set up customer with tax exemptions
  • Reports - favor telecom industry. Need to be universal
  • Need to be able to call Support instead of always talking through support portal
  • Resolving problems has been the biggest headache. Literally took several years to figure out an issue
  • helps calculate tax but not sure of how much time it has saved. Have spent hours trying to fix issues

I think CCH needs to be much more user friendly and the Support division has room for much improvement. Support needs to be much more accessible; can't hide behind the support portal and never talk to your customers by telephone. Sometimes or a lot of times, an actual conversation is much more productive at solving a problem than through messages on a portal.
