Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian Dayforce is being used across the whole organization. We use Ceridian to track hours, benefits, etc.
- Ceridian has a great portal for reporting. This helps our company stay on track with expenses.
- Ceridian is super user-friendly and easy to navigate.
- We have run into paying employees for "no reason" when reaching out to support we have received some responses that say "not sure why this happened" and our ticket was closed.
- Our accrued vacation seems to always have issues and problems that aren't explainable, this causes employees to have more or less time to take off.
- Our implementation was done 95% remotely with the Ceridian staff. it could have been more beneficial to have Ceridian in the same room during implementation processes.
- Our company went 18 months with recording 2 expenses incorrectly after implementation. This affected the company negatively.
- We reduced the amount of time spent creating labor reports once we switched to Ceridian because they gave us the ability to run labor reports to an Excel export. When our previous processor only allowed PDF exports.
Ceridian is on top of sending out information about state tax withholding etc., and then helps implement the new compliance rules.
We have more hands-on functions and more reporting options. We also have more access to Excel exports which is extremely helpful for our business.
