The challenges that we faced as an organization is the adaptation of the technical team to be familiarized with the products and getting used to use them
The fact of getting used to use the solutions takes normally time and provide some latency on the work, so I suggest to include some training while launching the solution specifically to the customers.
Our employees and customers fins the solutions at the beginning challenging and after they got used to it and they find it interesting.
We selected Cisco Catalyst Center because it is much more sustainable
