It is used across the organization. CMiC is used across the organization as complete project control. For example, scheduling, RFI’s, etc.
- Keeps projects on schedule
- Timesheets
- Very organized
- More functional across platforms.
- Integrate more effectively across departments.
- Workflow between teams.
- Cost and time saving.
- Project visibility.
I haven’t used any platforms similar to CMiC, as it is fairly new to me.
