Integration of disciplines across the enterprise.
Strong support for payroll, especially union payroll.
Wide variety of third-party applications, such as Kofax, DocuSign, Vertex tax, etc.

Reporting and analytics could be improved. We have had to develop all of our own.
Obtaining application support is cumbersome and time consuming.
Very limited web-based standard training and inline help assistance.
