Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman
We create all estimates, convert them to projects and then manage the invoices against the estimates and send invoices out to the customers. We have not started scheduling through the package but plan to do so in the next 30 days. It has been an easy process and very user friendly.
- Manages the paperwork on all projects
- Makes it easy to create and send out change orders
- Helps us to communicate to our office and customers in real time
- Creates a sense of professionalism
- I would like to see more canned cost categories
- I would like to see them buildout a complete financial module instead of having to integrate with QB etc.
- Helps us to communicate better between office and job site.
- We were doing the same thing 3 times and now once we keep our time and assign it to a specific task in the budget, everyone within the company can see it without typing it in again. Saves us min of 24 man hours a week in just keying things multiple times
We were pretty deep in evaluating Procore and it too was a pretty robust program but it was 40,000 a year instead of a couple thousand. Contractor Foreman has been great at any price but considering what they charge, I would recommend to anyone in the construction business that are doing projects that take a few months or more.
