Our volunteers work in 84 countries around the globe with the main purpose of securing our corporate data. One of the challenges we found out during the implementation of CrashPlan PROe was that many of our people have personal and business data all mixed up. Now we allow them to backup personal data too but knowing that we might access that data in case of need.
- Easy to install on any platform (Linux, MacOX, Windows).
- Takes off workload from IT personnel by empowering final users in the management of their data.
- Reports sent to the final user and their supervisors keep us aware on how well we are doing in securing our data.
- Adopting a computer is still a confusing process for some of us.
- I visited the documentation support site and things like restoring [data] from an external hard drive without an internet connection is hard to find. Maybe work a more little on the key wordpart to make it easy for us to find things.
