CrashPlan is well worth looking into, well worth the effort to deploy and use
Overall Satisfaction with CrashPlan
We are rolling out CrashPlan as a way to back up our users and to assist with migrations to new computers. Currently, we are still in the progress of rolling out the software deployments which allows us to track network traffic, and, by moving single departments at a time, allows us to get a feel for the speed of backing up user data without adding too much network congestion.
Thus far we've been very happy with the way things are progressing.

Pros
- Excellent software and services combo. Backing up is easy, as is restoring deleted items.
- Pricing is competitive and worth the peace of mind.
- Our users feel secure knowing their documents are always being backed up and available to them in case something unfortunate occurs.
Cons
- Other than lowering overall service costs, there's not really much to complain about - not that the costs aren't competitive, because they are.
- Users feel more secure knowing that their machine is getting backed up and that these files are easily available to them in case of emergencies.
- CrashPlan also makes deploying new computers to users a snap, as the end users can restore their own files.
The cost/features are difficult to beat. CrashPlan is a very dependable service, in my own experiences. I'm happy the company went with this solution, and management seems to be, as well.
