We use Cube in multiple ways. Forecasting, Budgeting, Reporting. It's pretty extensive in terms of every finance deliverable in my team.

Cube was chosen because of its price, customer support and ease to integrate and learn. my team learned it pretty fast and their customer support team consists of ex-fpa folks so they know the problems that the users deal with on a day to day. they gave us a good plan to integrate

In my opinion, Cube is amazing for a company that is always pivoting, business models and drivers are changing and has a small finance team. There is no need for an admin as my entire team learned it pretty fast as well as it was deployed in less than 2 weeks. I also believe bigger companies could do Cube, but understand the preference for bigger epm tools.
