Overall Satisfaction with Cyfe

Cyfe is being used by a our social media department, it solves our issue of manually creating social media reports for our 80+ clients each month.
  • API for huge amount of platforms, for the price the API selection is huge
  • Facebook ads manager API, something which isn't as easy to use on similar providers
  • Custom dataset, if an API does not exist you have the option to upload a dataset
  • Layout, easy to use appealing and custom
  • Mobile devices, yet to see this render correctly or work
  • Layout does not automatically render to device - not responsive
Yet to find a comparative product that can offer the same pricing, service and capabilities
We depend on Cyfe now as a business and our clients depend on it. It's a service that we provide that many others do not provide and has assisted our business in becoming more efficient.
