Well suited as an office phone.
Good for BPO Call Centers, but has significant room to grow in this area as far as best practices and functionality.

Support tends to give canned responses v. addressing each situation as unique. However, my assigned CSM has been outstanding.

Using Dialpad Talk

Very user friendly. Easy to learn from a user experience. Some of the higher level more strategic functions utilized in the tradition call center BPO space are not intuitive and/or missing from an administrator perspective.
