Dialpad Talk is an improvement over traditional phone systems allowing integration with your mobile and computer that is very convenient. It has allowed me to be completely mobile without having to give out my cellular number which is a plus. It is a little daunting to learn all of the features and ability to customize to our needs, but after some time I think it will become more familiar. Interoffice calls and messages are also very easy and have somewhat replaced emails.

It's very helpful for our offline hours as we follow our time zone. voicemail messages are the most important to solve missed call issues. We have various team members working in different time zones to manage calling lines. Using this we manage our daily calling target & onboarding to our m-panels for US & CAN market.

Dialpad Ai Voice is suitable if a plan subscriber likes to have a call summary ready at the end of each call. AI Voice can even help a subscriber with certain sales skills provided throughout a call with a customer. It's to have the Dialpad Ai Voice summarize each call for notes and follow-ups with each contact.

Dialpad is great for anyone looking to bring in a dialer for their sales team for the first time. It is a power dialer, so you will NOT be able to dial multiple people at once; you will have to dial everyone one at a time. The call recordings and insights are good but not always perfect, as it takes a while to sync with Salesforce.

We don't use the standard contacts object, but Dialpad was very easy to integrate and log activities. Therefore, we found that even with a customized Salesforce, Dialpad works well. Dialpad reports to find individual calls are great. However, the reports in Dialpad that show aggregate results are not customizable. We use Salesforce reporting for this.

I like that it rings on both my computer and my cell phone, and I can call out from either one. I also like that it tracks our calls in one easy app, and records and transcribes calls as well. Probably best suited to small to midsize companies, and not larger corporations.

Its great for reaching out, even if its by text, to all policyholders. On occasion, the IVR can be confusing to incoming callers, resulting in more transfers than necessary. I love the AI wrapup at the end of the calls.
Maybe a more defined IVR interface for incoming calls to eliminate confusion?

It has been great because it automatically records/documents calls and text straight into our database. That has helped with time, accuracy, and documentation. There hasn't really been a time that we've seen where it hasn't been appropriate for us to use. It's great protection for our company because it records the dialogue we have with everyone.

Dialpad Ai Voice is a great phone system which allows us to track our phone calls to all of our customers. The Ai features for both transcripting and summarizing the calls is fantastic. Particularly the summaries, which is great that it gives you detailed to-do lists based on the calls.

It's easy to use, affordable, and maintain, especially for a remote team. Without Dialpad, our team would be using personal cell phones, which is undesirable, or our company would need to pay for cell phones/plans for each of our 10+ team. We're thankful to have found Dialpad when we did!

If AI could "learn" each user how to improve on the transcription and summary, There are things like our greeting that we say repeatedly; however, it does not recognize when I say, for example, Patriot Fuel. Hardly ever have I seen it transcribe Patriot. Use the word caller if the Caller ID does not provide a name.

Easy deployment,all in one platform. Admin portal is simple to navigate, running new departments/offices is simple. Overall is great product for the money. Calls to specific countries are included in the license , which makes it easy for us to understand how much we spend and how much we need to add for the other costs

Dialpad Talk provides an opportunity for ease of linking between coworkers, with a discreet messaging system and options for users to belong to multiple phone numbers. It is also very customizable, allowing for different working hours each day, as well as offering a do not disturb button that can be triggered independently by the user.

Our customer service persons are grateful for the transcription of spoken conversations. The ability to access the transcribed dialogue can be extremely helpful too. In situations where nuanced human understanding and empathy are paramount, such as delicate counseling sessions or negotiations requiring intricate emotional intelligence, Dialpad AI Voice may be less appropriate, there may be data privacy and confidentiality concerns as well. We have not had too many scenarios where this is a problem. Examples are legal consultations or personnel discussions.
