Dialpad Talk is a reliable telephony provider that provides clear analytics and record keeping of all calls that allows me to stay on top of team productivity and coach based off what I see via metrics as well as call recordings. I have yet to experience any downtime or issues with the product in the 1.5 years I've used it.

Dialpad Talk has become invaluable for hybrid work. When I'm on the go I can still accept work calls or I can opt to silence the calls by setting my preferences to Do Not Disturb within the app. I've been really loving using the computer based app when I am in the office and the notifications have been seamless in Windows. I am also starting to use: text messaging within the app, the voice to text voicemail feature, the ability to import contacts from my phone (and add contacts only to the app), and adding my celling phone as another line a lot more.

Mostly we use it for the missed calls we receive from our healthcare professionals based in the US & CAN market. We drop them voice mails with all the information about our panel opportunities, rewards, etc., to understand more about the m-panels portal. We also use a link in the welcome email that redirects them to our registration portal.

I use Dialpad Ai Voice as an Independent Insurance Agent. I use Dialpad Ai Voice to communicate effectively with new interested consumers and current customers. Also, my Gmail calendar, Zoom and Zoho CRM is integrated with my Dialpad Ai Voice Pro plan to help with repetitive tasks like automatic customer record, notes, call recordings, call summaries and more. I've been a member of Dialpad Ai Voice for about 5 years. Over the years I have seen many changes. I have experienced price increases with plan packages, increased fees for text messing and some additional fees for calls. I like Dialpad Ai Voice, but sometimes calls drop on the desktop app connected via hardwired internet. Dialpad Ai Voice is making some technical changes with AI and automation. Lately their campaign has been for call centers and global groups. Maybe Dialpad Ai Voice is on the way to less technical issues by trying to improve the latest updates. Furthermore, Customer Support is a bit difficult to reach if you don't have a plan that support it. The customer support could be improved for members on all plans. Overall, Dialpad Ai Voice can get the job done with integrated apps, follow up with customers, and provide a little AI integration for tasks.

We use Dialpad to organize and direct incoming calls for multiple channels, to direct them to individuals, manage our email boxes - both voice and text, and text and call our client base. Currently, we have one main line that is utilized, with 50 voice mail boxes and multiple options for incoming clients, policy holders, and adjusters to reach a representative to assist.

At BBBS Salina we use Dialpad to connect with parents, youth, and their mentors. We use the texting and call function on a daily basis. We haven't used the video call yet, so I can't speak on that. We were having to give out our personal phone number and now that we have dailpad we have eliminated that and can separate work from our personal life.

We use Dialpad as our primary phone system. It's perfect for our remote team as it's easy to set up and manage. We do not have any sort of tech support or technical team, so it's all up to us internally—the ease of use takes care of this for us.

I use it daily for incoming calls. I heavily rely on the caller ID feature, as well as being able to go back thru the call list and pick up any missed calls if I happen to be away from my desk. The voicemail is great, but at times, the translation is a bit 'skewered'. But it is good for a laugh, every now and then. second best feature, is the text option. I love being able to text the clients who don't answer my callbacks and have a 'voicemail box that is full'. The system is super reliable.

Dialpad Ai Voice is used to quickly consider how a call went and what was talked about. It can be used to review not only call content but also used to judge sentiment. Sometimes, Dialpad Ai Voice can misread the a word on the call, but most times it gets the right wording. This is especially helpful for debriefing a call or documenting what a customer said.

We use Dialpad Talk as our main phone line for our company, as well as for a direct line between coworkers. Not only is it incredibly useful to have our phone lines on our computers, meaning that we can transport direct lines between offices, homes, and vacations, but it is also useful in being able to contact therapists directly during sessions in a discreet way that does not interrupt client sessions. It is also useful to have a "paper trail" of calls, as it makes retrieval of past calls easier than traditional call logs. Dialpad Talk has prevented lost information many times for our company and has helped us improve our client care!

I use it with clients to ensure that communication is private and HIPAA compliant. I like that I can access communication on any device, and that I can store messages to help with scheduling, in the event that I do not have access to my calendar at the time of texting. It also allows me to respond to clients quickly and efficiently.
