We use DraftSight between three people. It is primarily used for cable design or simple 2D CAD.
- User interface is intuitive and simple to pick up.
- Reliable - does not crash.
- .dxf conversion is flawless.
- Simple to use so quicker design throughput.
- Reliable (no crash).
DraftSight is superior - for starters it is free. The UI is simpler than AC which makes training better.
