Overall Satisfaction with ENGAGE Talent: A Workforce Logiq Company

The HR department has been using the platform for years and it is great. It is very fast to complete a background check, we use it internally for our own employees and also to check on candidates as part of our job. The tool is very user-friendly and allows us to choose from various investigations. You pay per investigation.

We have not used anyone else in the past but this company and we have no reason to change or look for another one. The pricing and the service we get are really good and we do a lot of investigations per month. The billing is also well done, we get a detailed invoice per investigations and we can go back in the system to look for previous investigations or the one being in progress. It is great.

This is a very good tool to perform any type of background check. We are very happy with the company. I also really like the fact that when there is an issue with a candidate or the investigation itself, they reach out, via phone or email to try to solve the issue with us directly. That's great that there is a human factor to the service.
