Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox
We use Glassbox to replay the session and to validate the experience our users are having when they are browsing and making purchases and service requests on our website. Many times it is hard for us to understand the specific experience a user is having on our site from the client side perspective. Glassbox helps us understand that.

We chose Glassbox because we found there to be more data that we could trust and which was available for us for immediate analysis. We were not required to do any tagging and were quickly able to get insights inside a session and see why a customer was acting the way he was.
