Overall Satisfaction with Grow
We are using Grow to report all KPIs across all functions of the organization. We display Grow results on TV monitors in our both offices and the leadership team also uses it to see all KPIs on almost a daily basis.
- Grow integration with NetSuite works perfectly well and they have integrations with other applications as well.
- Grow's UI is very user-friendly. I created several charts without training.
- Grow's support staff is very good in resolving issues as well.
- The issue we are having currently is Grow times out on the TV monitors during the night and the next day we need to log in again to see the results. If they can fix this issue it will greatly help.
- iCharts
Before Grow we chose iCharts and developed all charts in iCharts. But it is very difficult to develop charts in iCharts and also we cannot display those charts on TV monitors continuously. That is when we looked into Grow and we have been using Grow since then.
