Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use it for social media management. 1. Hootsuite provides that much needed single point where we can deploy social media posts across various social media platforms - be it linkedin, facebook or Google my business (GMB). Hootsuite is especially well integrated with social media platforms so that any content deployed via its interface effectively complies with their individual policies. Thus, it is a must for productivity to begin with 2. Social media planning, too, thus becomes quite efficient once its a single platform 3. Tracking performance of social media campaigns is yet another added benefit where a single software can indicate ROAS (return on ad spend) across multiple social platforms (works better in paid version; the free version has limited use on this front)

The overall mix of features is very optimal. Further the user interface is quite intuitive and learning curve on HS is quite short. It fills that much needed gap of integrating all social media and deploying campaigns across chosen ones per will.
1. It has enabled superior brand consistency across the top 3 social media we use
2. Audience engagement via HS and the actual platform is almost the same - which is yet another winner (Great question!)
3. We execute all social campaigns via HS alone - especially ones that are brand level campaigns.

Given the (A) specific, early-stage social media strategy and (B) recommendation from an seasoned social media expert, we choose Hootsuite Directly without any further advanced analyses. For an advanced user, we recommend testing atleast 2-3 more competitors and assessing their data tracking features in depth

Hootsuite ROI and Support

1. It provides a single point of management for multiple social media platforms thus saving repetitive marketing operations and associated (increasingly expensive) manpower 2. Ease of social media campaigning thus 3. Single point of social media ROAS accountability measurement
Given the current scale of operations, we have not yet had to use customer support directly. However the help files have been comprehensive enough to support our current tasks.
The user interface is so intuitive that our interns picked up on within a day without consulting anyone from HourSuite ! speaks for itself :))) Campaign tracking and ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) is a different beast, though
It delivered as expected and we will use the paid version when our social media campaigns scale. The most important aspect here is to go platform by platform rather than deploying all of them in one go. Begin with, say, Twitter, test a few posts and move next to say, Facebook. This , especially, applies to a newbie who hasn't used such Social media marketing integration before

The online training was well structured, interative and addressed all key concerns at the nascent stage we were. As such they also have other self-learning mode training /learning options available where one can learn self-paced
