We use primarily as a Application Performance Monitoring tool. We use to checkout CPU, Network, Memory utilization, trends across date ranges.

- I Like the date "shift" feature, which analyzed current trend vs x days back trend
- hardware utilisation graph is really good
- like the orgnaization of micro services, discoverability is really good
- notifications about expiry just shows up on the top
- Throghput and latency measurements of micro services
- Hardware, CPU, memory utilization
- debug prod issues
- monitor immediately after a deployment
- no big prod issues because of pro active alerts set up using instana alerts
- no downtime
