We use IBM Power System Virtual Server for SAP and Oracle databases in both Production and DR. IBM Power System Virtual Server provides better compatibility with SAP HANA and Oracle databases. We have improved our production application performance. IBM Power System Virtual Server provides high data security.

IBM Power System Virtual Server provides excellent security control and helps reduce system vulnerability. IBM released a new security update and asked their clients to update their system with the new security feature, to increase system availability.
It is very easy to use IBM Power System Virtual Server from HMC. We can easily create the virtual server and allocate the required resources from HMC to all virtual servers.
IBM Power System Virtual Server is well suited for SAP HANA, Oracle Database, and ERP systems. IBM Power System Virtual Server also provides better compatibility with Veritas NetBackup to manage all other servers' application data backup. IBM Power Server works well in the banking sector because it is easily managed and runs millions of operations daily without any performance issues. IBM Power Server support is a bit costly so it may not be recommended for small organizations.
