Overall Satisfaction with InVision Freehand
We use InVision Freehand as a collaboration tool; a virtual whiteboard. It's a space to brainstorm, to drop inspiration, and is especially important with remote work. We also use it as a pinboard for creative work that allows for an at-a-glance look at what's in-market across all channels.
- Simple, easy to use
- Works well for multiple users to be collaborating at the same time
- It can house a lot of content
- Loading issues - doesn't always work the best with a lot of images
- It would be fun to be able to insert gifs or have a larger variety of stickers
- More UX charts would be nice
- Stickies (and color coded stickies)
- Uploading images
- Drawing boxes and shapes
- Improved Collaboration
- Ability to document, showcase, and archive work
I used FigJam for a while and really liked it. It's been almost 9 months in size I've used it so I can't remember precise details, but at the time, I remember it being a little more 'sturdy' - it could handle more (bigger files). They are comparable products. Our organization chose to go with InVision and we, therefore, use the whole suite of InVision products. We wouldn't use FigJam and InVision.
