- They need to resolve bugs - numerous issues, and the answer I get from support is "that's fixed in the next release".
- Ad-hoc reporting is so-so, does not work for us.
- It is pretty intuitive and easy to figure out, and we have engaged many more people into self-service BI than was possible before, so in that regards it has been a success
- Integration is also awesome - we have embedded it in 3 separate applications in addition to using the Jasper UI, this has had a big impact
