Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE
I currently work in the Office of Student Life & Learning, utilizing the Student Life and Housing modules in my work with students and our conduct process. I was previously in the Registrar's Office, using the Registration, Advising, and Retention modules. Jenzabar ONE provides one system by which all administrative departments on campus can access the same basic student data that may be necessary to their processes, but at the same time have a module unique to the functions and processes of their specific department. This allows for independent office efficiency but also smooth collaboration of shared data as necessary, which allows for increased timeliness and effectiveness in joint projects. I have always been pleased by the intuitive functionality within each system that allows for easy user onboarding, as well as navigation and work within them.

- Creates pathways for user feedback and engagement in suggestions for future functionality.
- Many modules have been moved to web-based systems, but have lingering functionality in desktop installed software. This can create some frustrating when having to work in two places to get work done.
- Jenzabar ONE and its system allows for users to have the data needed right at our fingertips.
- Jenzabar ONE has provided a means to create accountability for student support processes and improved student retention efforts.
