Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is an amazing awareness training and simulated phishing platform that we use to prepare and defend ourselves against cyber attacks and security breaches. It is very simple to use and implement and it's safe to say that it can be used by enterprises of all sizes. We make the best use of the platform's inexhaustible library of interactive and easy-to-comprehend security awareness training content in order to fully equip our employees - rendering them to be in a better position to defend themselves against cyber attacks. We can even set up training campaigns with reminders that can be scheduled via email.
  • The tests are challenging, interactive, and effective in helping our employees retain the morale of each training module.
  • IT then gets notified after an employee flags an instance and they proceed to review the problem.
  • KnowBe4 also has good reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Though the tests are challenging and effective, I wish there was a way that we could customize them a little and add in our own questions.
  • You cannot modify a campaign once it is in progress.
  • I would like to be able to customize the information/columns that it reports.

My overall experience with KnowBe4 has been quite positive. Users have emailed/called me to discuss what they have learned from the Training module. It provided them with a good foundation and real-life scenarios. The notifications work perfectly but a little tweak would be nice. Most leads would like to be notified weekly of users who haven't completed their training. In the reminder after enrollment notification options can an option to chosen the day it's sent? I went through the ASAP setting up task, some we have completed and some we will not ever, but I liked it as a guide because I didn't know what I was doing when I first started. Overall it has been a very positive experience.
