It would be nice if you could use miles/points to book flights and hotels

I was traveling to Boston and a snowstorm was coming in and Lola.com reached out and changed my flight all while I was in a meeting. It's so easy to use so when we onboard new staff it's just a simple account set-up for them and they are ready to go.
