Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I didn't have to hunt for a feature or think about how to do something even during my first time using the tool.
After using another diagramming tool for years, I was pleasantly surprised to find Lucidchart was intuitive and easy to learn. It is a friendly and effective tool for communicating with my team. Its collaboration capabilities also make it easy for me to share diagrams with my colleagues before sharing with our clients.
  • Entity relationship diagrams
  • Process flows
  • Naming a diagram from the start
  • Ability to save different versions instead of always auto save
  • Easy collaboration
I believe there is an integration with Teams, but I have yet to use this feature.
I haven't needed support.

Yes

I used Gliffy for years and only switched to Lucidchart because Gliffy was no longer an option. I was delighted to find that Lucidchart was just as easy, if not easier to use and actually made collaboration with my teammates easier than Gliffy.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Lucidchart is one of the approved tools within our company and a great alternative to Visio for Mac users!
