Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was confused at first but eventually did figure everything out that I needed to for my end. I wish there was some kind of hands-on tutorial that could be accessed at the main menu. I did need to Google some stuff but other than that I found it pretty easy to use.
In the HR Department for my firm we need to constantly make up-to-date organization charts. Although the first one was a little tedious with the Excel sheets, Now that we have a template it is super easy to update the chart on a whim. Very neat and clean and VP seems to be appreciating the product as well delivering reports and presentations based on it.

  • Customization of charts
  • Being able to move the charts to better fit the page manually.
  • I would like an ability to save Excel sheets so it can be really quick to pull something specific when I need to.
  • Saved time making charts.
  • Make it easier to make functional business decisions.
  • Improved workflow.
We can now make charts to send to executive meetings so when new projects start to come in it is much easier for them to allocate work based on the charts and potentially what positions we need to fill to be the most effective. It also has improved my work as I can now go back to it faster as opposed to sitting for hours making charts.
I never used the support system and didn't feel the need to.

I have never used a product like Lucid.
Making organization charts for our HR Meetings and future planning for organization operations. We use these charts to also categorize different options for presentation purposes as well. I think the best case scenario however is those who have plenty of Excel sheets that they need to see in a more visually appealing way.
