Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is intuitive and easy to use, and it allowed me to jump in and get started right away with no learning curve. I loved it.
It makes it incredibly easy to show the partner journey through the entire sales funnel.
  • The GUI is really easy to use.
  • You don't need training to use, it's all drag and drop.
  • It's very intuitive when dropping shapes and lines, the way they snap together makes it easy.
  • Honestly there is nothing I would change - I love the product!
  • It will definitely improve productivity because it makes it easier to visualize segmented journeys.
I only used the "help" feature once and it was terrific how quickly I found the answer I was looking for.

I've just started using Lucidchart (really just two weeks ago), but I would say it's the perfect tool for creating a visual when you need to show how the journey looks for any particular segment. The template makes it even easier to work with so you can start with a nice baseline without having to create everything from scratch.
