Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is so simple to use. I don't know how it could be made any easier!
I am using Lucidchart to create process maps for the various processes that are completed within my team. These maps will be used to create a LEAN workflow and will be regularly reviewed and amended.
  • Simple to use
  • Easy to amend flowcharts
  • Can be accessed from anywhere
  • Add in swim lanes on a current chart
  • Indentify waste
  • Standardize processes
  • Help remove variation in processes
These feature are not something that I am currently using, or planning to use.
I have not needed any support, but given my experience so far with this product, I would expect a great level of service.

I wanted to have a dedicated program for easily creating flow charts. Visio was recommended, however after looking at Lucidchart and being able to trial the product, I was more than happy to stick with it.

Lucidchart makes creating flowchart a real pleasure. It's so simple to us with create functionality.
