Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

One of my peers had 0 experience with these types of tools, but in less than an hour, he was already writing high-level designs. So this is a testament to how well-written Lucidchart is. I use it on a daily basis since I'm always developing projects and it helps me keep track of them very easily.
Lucidchart is used by every IT employee, and it's used mostly to keep track of our projects and to write high-level implementation designs and solutions.

It's very helpful to share and collaborate within the tool. I like the fact that it makes reviewing charts and improving them very easy.
They sent follow-up emails to see if any assistance was required.

Lucidchart is a very well-written tool. It does the job and it's easy to use. The only thing that I did not like was that it was missing server rack stencils.
