Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is mostly easy to use. I think they can improve the arrow functions.
I like the option to copy and paste and import data. I found some of the graphics not very intuitive (arrows, specifically), and it was hard to center things, but otherwise, I found Lucidchart easy to use and create tons of org charts and versions to show the team. Very helpful tool!
