Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

All I needed to do is drag and drop the shapes I want into the play area. Literally minimal clicking of menus is needed.
Used by departments mainly for allowing process flows to be mapped out however I have not tested whether these can be imported into MS OFFICE e.g. word (that would be the most ideal situation personally for this product).
  • Arrows easy to append to the shapes
  • Easy to update the shapes with text just by clicking
  • Great variety of shapes to choose from and easy ability to group them within larger shapes.
  • Maybe a better range of colors for the boxes (grey, blue, yellow and white are boring).
  • IT has doubled my productivity compared to putting together flow maps in MS word.
It has had a great impact on creating process workflows in manufacturing as compared to MS Word.
I have not tested Lucid's support yet, I have used Lucid without any problems so I see no reason to use its support as of now.

Less suited: I can't think of anything I haven't used it for that is less suitable
