We are using Lucidchart to review dynamic processes and decision trees, as well as workflows. This has been particularly useful in collaborating across teams. Have found it useful to allow multiple users / teams to collaborate and have input on various processes, proposals, and workflows. This is useful in working to standardize and refine business processes and decisions.

- Commenting seems unnecessarily restricted, needing a top tier subscription just to collaborate.
- Could use a review of functions for cost tiers.
- Visualization of complicated processes
- Allows for collaborating and input on proposals
- Good mind mapping tool
Integration with Microsoft applications is particularly useful as we utilize the office suite of applications.
