We use it very frequently to develop processes and this software allows us to relook at our current processes with much clarity. The software allows everyone in the organisation, regardless of their work level, to better understand work flow and observe what is the best, recommended work processes in the company. It allows for troubleshooting as well, with the clarity of work processes.
