Using Mailigen for 3 years, we’ve built reliable relationships with our dedicated account manager. We highly appreciate customer-oriented approach and knowledgeable stuff.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I like the way Mailigen provides customer service. Since I became a Mailigen client, I am allocated a dedicated account manager who helps me with creating and sending email campaigns whenever I need assistance. I can simply reach him by phone or count on answer by email within four hours. Recently, when creating an email campaign in the drag and drop editor, my personal account manager helped me to remove bugs occurring on some older email programs. For us Mailigen is not just a program for sending emails any more but a reliable team behind our marketing performance.

Cons

Option to make RSS email campaign. I'm not a programmer and it was hard to make my first automated RSS campaign. When I calibrate it - I spend only 1 min to my next campaigns

Return on Investment

By learning from Mailigen online trainings we better understand the technical side of tracing and email marketing. It helps us to understand the whole process better.
ROI is better when we use extra features of Mailigen (for example by combining it with surveys).

In comparison Mailigen has better customer support and more advanced features.

We are satisfied with this cooperation and we don't see why we should change email marketing service provider at this point. Excellent service and rapid new feature development keeps us very satisfied.
