Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business

Throughout our organization, it is used to create documents, presentations, track pertinent information, etc. While we do use Google for a lot of items, for those where we need a more polished presentation or want to ensure privacy, Microsoft 365 Business suite provides what we need to get the job done.
  • Create polished documents.
  • Create professional presentations that are used for webinars and customer meetings.
  • While I find Word easy to use, PowerPoint could be more a bit more user friendly.
  • Make Excel more "dummy-proof."
  • The presentations we use for webinars are integral to our demand gen process, and those webinars produce some of our highest-value leads.
  • Customer presentations are also an important part of our sale cycle, and that is one of our key uses of the Microsoft tools.
When you find the right info or support person at Microsoft, they are helpful. But, finding that correct info or help is sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Do you think Microsoft 365 Business Premium delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft 365 Business Premium's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 Business Premium live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 Business Premium go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Microsoft 365 Business Premium again?

Yes

Microsoft 365 Business is well-suited to small organizations, but it can create issues with multiple sources and revision control. For larger organizations, this can be extremely problematic. Sharepoint is a great repository, but many find it intimidating and cumbersome to use. If it could function more like a Google drive, it might be less intimidating to users.
