Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business
Throughout our organization, it is used to create documents, presentations, track pertinent information, etc. While we do use Google for a lot of items, for those where we need a more polished presentation or want to ensure privacy, Microsoft 365 Business suite provides what we need to get the job done.
Pros
- Create polished documents.
- Create professional presentations that are used for webinars and customer meetings.
Cons
- While I find Word easy to use, PowerPoint could be more a bit more user friendly.
- Make Excel more "dummy-proof."
- The presentations we use for webinars are integral to our demand gen process, and those webinars produce some of our highest-value leads.
- Customer presentations are also an important part of our sale cycle, and that is one of our key uses of the Microsoft tools.
