Overall Satisfaction with Mindbody

This is the primary software we use within the company. It has allowed us to centralize almost every process we have with client interaction (billing, attendance, marketing, scheduling, etc). Previously we were spread across platforms for these. Mindbody has allowed us to save time and use these tools more effectively because they are all integrated.

  • Forced to use 1 electronic payment processor - others won’t integrate
  • Main service rep has changed many times
  • Improved our ability to adjust staffing - saved on labor costs
  • Improved overall schedule awareness - improved client retention
  • Provided more clarity to revenue opportunities
Used ClubReady as an employee years ago. Seemed to have a lot more bugs than Mindbody. Mindbody has the ability to modify things however we need.

Mindbody is perfectly suited for class based fitness and wellness studios. For more appointment based 1:1 services it is still a great tool but many of the marketing tools aren’t as useful for our population and business model.

Mindbody Support

It has always been easy to reach the customer service team but our main representative has changed multiple times which decreases familiarity with our business. The team as a whole has performed well in solving our issues.
