Overall Satisfaction with Motive
I had a multiple options for ELD to pick from. Motive were most clearly priced and cooperative with fitting the product close to our needs. Their service and products are easily scaled up and grow along with our company growth. The greatest thing about Motive is that I don't get any unsolicited phone calls from their affiliates. The company has one sales rep assigned to the account and, in my case, our account manager knows what we need and how to get it done. I would refer my friends to Motive in heart bit.

I have all information about my fleet at my finger tips when I need it. I can see where our trucks at, the health of the truck, any areas of attention for the driver's behavior is right there on the dashboard for me to see. I have an easy way to track fuel cost thru the dashboard as well.
Motive were willing to negotiate with me on the cost when I was implementing the ELD services into our fleet management. The implementation and install of the hardware was very straight forward and easy to do.
