  • Gives you the opportunity to make your search as specific or broad as you want, which is useful for research.
  • Provides detailed sources and quotes in the sound bytes, which is great for reference.
  • Refreshing the page with a different brand's information was never smooth and you couldn't just select a different one to see a new word cloud you would have to delete the previous and then create the new one.
  • Definitely better customer service because we can see when our clients stand in comparison to other companies in their industry.
I don't still work at the job that uses NetBase however it was very useful as a tool for comparison and they used it all the time. It provided access to so many different sources and opinions for any industry and any word all across the internet.
As long as they are very specific when using the product otherwise it will not give them the results they want. I would make sure they are using it to compare certain logos or brands.
