Overall Satisfaction with OneSite Leasing and Rents

It is being used across our whole organization for running our various types of properties. It allows us to use one platform regardless of the type of property.
  • Keeps accurate records.
  • It's interface is not very user friendly.
  • RealPage has been promising full usage in chrome for years, but still hasn't achieved this.
  • They do not have chat tech support, which usually causes delays in responses.
  • Background screening is integrated.
  • Online leasing opportunities (however, not worked out yet for mixed properties).
  • Increased efficiency
  • Difficult to learn for some
  • Increased costs: They charge per unit per month for absolutely everything.
