Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine

Client and future client contact program with information My biggest concerns with the programing is that we are not really notified when contacts that we have set up, either remove them selves, My number of contacts being sent information have been continually decreasing and not until I took a hard look. I believe that it should be part of the program to notify the consumer on number changes at lest 1x a month
  • let me know who the most engaged are
  • updating their clients (us) on users that have deactivated
  • letting us know how many new clients we can add
  • not asking for review as often as they do from clients on the lists
  • would like to know who wins the referral or review contests
  • little ROI
  • Saves some marketing time
have used others in the past Personally I have not received any benefit in productivity from the program yes it tells me who is looking and who is most active. but that is it
