Overall Satisfaction with Pardot
We use Pardot Marketing Automation in the marketing department. We have it integrated with our SugarCRM which gives our sales team access to insight into activities.
Pros
- Good integration with other tools - such as WebEx, Wistia, CRMs, etc.
- Ability to set up some powerful rules for automation - such as adding someone to a list if they click on a link, or segmenting lists based on tags.
- Reasonable price for a good product.
Cons
- The social piece needs to be expanded a bit. They have just recently added in the ability to post to LinkedIn Company pages. But they still need to add in Google+.
- The reporting section is limited. They could expand it with the ability to build your own custom reports, similar to what ExactTarget has.
- Quicker response to leads.
- Boosted efficiency for the marketing team as things get automated.
- Better reach to prospects through drip campaigns, etc.

After reviewing all three products, we felt that Pardot offered the most robust product for the price. We have been extremely pleased with our choice. And the customer service and account management has been terrific.
