  • Switching between workspaces is seamless.
  • Intuitive interface that makes it easy to get in and start using the product.
  • To-dos are managed well, much better than Basecamp.
  • Project Management, CRM, Sales Leads, etc.
  • Extremely customizable for just about any application.
  • Searching across all workspaces is very intuitive.
  • Too flexible. Can be daunting for inexperienced users.
  • Having Milestones, Deliverables, Tasks can be confusing on when to use each for some users.
  • Better management of our sales pipeline within the same app that we use to manage projects. No more switching between Highrise and Basecamp.
  • Both designers and developers are comfortable working in Podio, which wasn't the case with Basecamp.
We've switched between a number of project management apps and we're always looking for the next piece of software that's going to make our lives easier. Podio has done that.
We switched to Podio from a mixture of Highrise (sales leads), Basecamp (project management for designers), and Asana (project management for developers). Now our entire teams works in a single platform and no one misses tasks or information. Podio is flexible for just about any application and if we come up with a new use case, we can customize the platform to accommodate it.

We highly recommend it.
