Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
This software delivers every tool needed to successfully obtain and maintain an accredited agency. PowerDMS allows you to keep abreast of training, accreditation compliance, along with many more features. This software is currently being used nationally throughout our full organization.
- The training aspect allows you and your members to have access to all of your training without fumbling through files and files of paperwork. This software also allows you to award custom certificates to accompany your in-house training.
- Keeping up with your accreditation compliance is a breeze with this software. Any problems, the support staff is always ready and willing to help in any way they can.
- Need to send out a last minute personnel memo? No problem, PowerDMS also offers an Inbox tool that not only sends messages to their PowerDMS site but to an accompanying email address as well.
- Overall PowerDMS is a great system, it gets the job done and they are continuously updating their site to be user-friendly.
- One gripe is the inability to upload documents in bulk without paying PowerDMS to do it for you.
- Another is the inability to access much of anything on the mobile app.
- The ability to keep up with thousands of documents and not ever worry again about them being mixed up or lost.
- We all receive a peace of mind knowing that the documents are safe in this software, backed up and secured and not in a filing cabinet.
- The only negative impact I see is that personnel are getting lazy. LOL! Which is a good thing!!!

PowerDMS is paperless. Easier to manage. Less of a headache trying to keep up with each persons and standards individual file.
