Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

We use PowerDMS to manage our accreditation process as well and organize and disseminate documents and information to the police department.

Pros

  • They provide exceptional customer service and support
  • They continually strive to listen to their users' wants, needs and concerns
  • The product is always evolving and improving, often based on customer requests and suggestions

Cons

  • I would love to see more dynamic forms available
  • The training and class modules can be a little cumbersome to manage
  • Effectively retain and manage our accreditation status
It is a great tool for accreditation management. It is also excellent for any organization looking to organize and disseminate information in a cloud-based format.
