Overall Satisfaction with Purple WiFi
We use Purple WiFi to provide guest wifi to our customers. Also, via Purple Wifi, we are able to get first-party data and thereby lead generations.
- It provides a stable portal for users to access internet
- Integration of data received from wifi registration is easy
- The customer support team is horrible in my opinion
- The user definitions are not understandable I believe
- From my perspective, the user interface is complicated
- To provide stable wifi to our users.
